All propellers at these levels are to be straightened, welded, ground, balanced and repainted. Propellers that need only bends and re straightening only take 30% off the list price.

Common Bravo 2 Bushing Failures

1. Throttle Urgency - Skipper is heavy handed on the throttle with diesel / Hp at his fingertips.
2. Propeller Pitch - If it’s to high engine won’t rev to recommended rev range causing bush to load & fail.
3. Excessive throttle de acceleration on heavy boats.
4. Exhaust port temperature high causing bush failure - Yanmar 315hp always a problem.
5. Rebushed propellers bush housings need to be 70.7mm and no larger housing stretch occurs when bush is not pushed square and rebushing fails.
